Shipping
All Moss & Moonlight pieces are handmade and carefully packaged before shipping.
Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Made-to-order and custom pieces may require additional processing time.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery and include:
- your order number
- a description of the damage
- clear photos of the item
- clear photos of the packaging
Returns and Exchanges
Returns may be accepted for eligible, unused items when requested within 14 days of delivery.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- custom or personalized orders
- made-to-order pieces
- worn earrings or plugs
- sale or clearance items
- items damaged after delivery
